Terms of Service

PeakBook is the scheduling service at book.getpeakflow.studio, operated by PeakFlow Studio (Madalena Macieira, sole trader, Tavira, Portugal).
Who the service is for
PeakBook is provided to PeakFlow Studio clients, who use it as hosts, and to the people who book meetings with them. There are no public sign ups.
Using the service
Give accurate information when you book. Do not use PeakBook to send spam, to make bookings you do not intend to keep, or to interfere with the service.
No warranty
PeakBook is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We aim to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, PeakFlow Studio is not liable for missed meetings or any indirect loss arising from use of the service.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy at book.getpeakflow.studio/privacy
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
